Second time in there in SR22T. First time was not a bad experience but definitely felt as though we were in their way. Today the feeling was more like they couldn't care less. Called ahead to have the aircraft out and fueled; upon arrival an hour later, the plane was on the ramp but lacked fuel. We had to wait about half an hour more for fueling to be completed, all the while trying to depart before storms arrived. In the future, I will not bother with fuel that is $2.00+ per gallon higher than the other facility on the field.

The service provided is excellent, including marshaling upon arrival and even accommodating unusual requests, such as towing for reparking when the rudder is fully turned to one side. While fuel and parking fees are somewhat high, this remains a superb location for the Phoenix area. The homemade brownies are also quite good!

The crew at Cutter made my overnight stay simple and smooth. The rental car was waiting on the ramp when I exited the aircraft. Parking was arranged so that I did not require any repositioning. Excellent work, Cutter crew.

I brought my Vision jet here for five days in February. From the Marshaller who waved me in perfectly to a tight space forward, this was an excellent experience. We are C.A.A. and they treated us very well. Prices are more than fair; everyone has a smile and service is prompt. Our Go rental was right at planeside, ready to go. This is a busy airport, and they make handling the traffic look easy. I will certainly return.

Excellent service before, during, and after the flight. Four people met us at the aircraft upon our arrival. A rental car was brought right out to us. They offered covered parking and hangar space for additional fees. The facilities were quite nice and comfortable. Truly pleasant staff.
