This FBO has so much potential for excellence. The on-site restaurant is wonderful, yet it misses a massive opportunity due to a complete lack of signage facing the ramp and insufficient internal direction. I visited four times before I even realized there was a well-managed restaurant with excellent personnel. The refueling crew performs their duties adequately, but they are frequently tied up with other responsibilities. Their general demeanor sometimes suggests that we pilots are an inconvenience to their schedule.
