Had a wonderful experience; I stayed for a couple of days. The service was excellent.

The personnel here are quite pleasant and welcoming. I paid a $15 facility charge for parking my C172, though I did not require fuel.

Excellent experience at Sheltair DTO! Very friendly staff and customer service! Enjoyable facility with reasonably priced fuel. They even provided us a courtesy car to grab some food in Denton while we waited for maintenance on our PA 23 Apache. I will certainly return.

Overall, not a wonderful experience at Shelterer in Denton. The linemen were friendly and quick, but the front desk personnel were not welcoming whatsoever. The facility charges and overnight rates are excessively high for this airport.

We consistently have positive experiences at all Sheltair facilities, and Sheltair DTO was certainly no exception. We received excellent service, despite operating a light piston single. We will absolutely come back next time our travels bring us to the Dallas region.

A very pleasant facility and an overall enjoyable experience. I brought my 7-year-old, and we enjoyed some soft serve ice cream while relaxing in the lounge area briefly. The pilots' lounge and passenger waiting areas are quite nice.

I've been in and out several times the last few days picking up my business partner. Excellent line service and quick turnarounds. They have also permitted me to use their conference room for discussions. They make dealing with Brenda in the tower almost tolerable. Just kidding...mostly.
