Tubreaux Aviation KDTN Pilot Reviews

Excellent experience from being marshalled to tie down and installing chocks, right through to servicing our aircraft. David then provided us with a ride to the hotel. Upon our return the following morning, the plane was fueled and prepared for departure. We certainly plan to return to KRTN and Turbreaux Aviation.

Regarding the maintenance crew and hangar facilities. It was late in the afternoon. I arrived at the aircraft, preparing for departure, only to discover I had a flat tire. I proceeded to the maintenance hangar around 4:15 PM. The team there was extremely helpful. They towed the aircraft over, replaced the pinch tube, reattached the wheel pant, and I was airborne again in just about an hour. Since it was late, I anticipated the repair would be postponed until the following morning. They were very accommodating and had me back in the air quickly. My sincere gratitude to the entire team.

Excellent service and complimentary cookies. Flew in from Norman, Oklahoma, and was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating and kind everyone seemed. The cookies were fantastic as well.

I am uncertain about the two most recent reviews, but the customer service here is terrible! There was no marshaller present (they were occupied inside), so I parked the aircraft myself. Staff members emerged, simply glanced at me, and walked away. I have run out of space, so I will summarize. I voiced my dissatisfaction regarding the poor customer service to the CSR at the counter, and the new manager (who was previously the CSR) came out to defend the inadequate service! The owner of this FBO made a significant error by promoting her to manager.
