I would avoid this place. They would not let our party use the restroom facilities. The attitude displayed was quite rude, and the staff offered no assistance whatsoever. I certainly will not be returning.

I have stopped here twice now, and both occasions resulted in a superb experience. The staff treated me quite well, even when operating a C172!

The line crew member working the afternoon shift provided excellent service. However, the desk attendant seemed quite grumpy. The facility itself is nice, and the crew car availability is a plus. A $30 handling fee was applied despite us purchasing the avgas at $8 per gallon. We visited Jethro's Barbecue afterward and certainly recommend it.

The facility is friendly, efficient, and very pleasant overall.

The line service personnel were excellent. However, the gentleman working the afternoon shift in the office was quite impolite and uncooperative. I typically avoid Signature FBOs as they tend to overcharge for what is usually subpar service. While the DSM Signature facility boasts a modern building, the quality of service and staff demeanor remain consistently poor. I will certainly make every effort to avoid returning.

The new FBO building and ramp space is a complete upgrade and is extremely nice. Staff and line technicians are friendly and outgoing. There are no overnight ramp charges for our Citation 550. We will certainly be returning!
