Outstanding initial experience with this FBO. A pilot with low time flying over Memorial Day weekend, and they proved excellent to deal with. The rental car agency failed to provide the reserved vehicle, but DFC coordinated with them after hours and secured a car for me in approximately ten minutes. Furthermore, the tie-down and fuel costs were quite reasonable. I plan to return the next time I visit the Chicago region.

Excellent FBO with superb service; fuel costs were exactly as quoted. There was adequate space in the hangar to shelter us from the cold the evening prior to leaving. The personnel were very friendly, assisting with unloading the aircraft and allowing us to wait in the warm van until our rental car arrived. A fantastic FBO, highly recommended. They treated my Piper Aztec with the same care as any jet.

I only have wonderful things to say about Dupage Flight Center! Customer representative Gunther was welcoming and delightful! It is clear he loves aviation based on the service he provided us. A super fellow. There is no ramp fee for the PA-28. The AOPA discount was helpful too, making the full-service fuel a bit more affordable. Self-serve fuel is located on the northeast side of the field. We received the same excellent treatment as the Challenger and Gulfstream jets parked beside us. Take the crew car to Nemec Bros pizza in Geneva—you will be pleased!
