I've flown in and out of this location several times, and the crew is consistently very pleasant and supportive! We reside in WV, and my son attends university at UT; this airport is extremely convenient to the main campus downtown. I am usually not in town for an extended period, and they are always accommodating regarding the use of a club car. They have also furnished heated hangar space during chilly overnight stays (I am uncertain if this is routinely offered?). I would certainly suggest this stop if you are traveling through or visiting the area! Go Vols!

Flew in for a family weekend in Gatlinburg while the runway at GTK was closed. These folks were fantastic. They parked us immediately, brought the rental car right to the aircraft, and made the entire process simple. The pricing was reasonable—$35 per night for parking a Baron, though one night's fee was waived after purchasing 10 gallons of fuel. Much appreciated!

Excellent location and a much more affordable overnight stop for GA traffic than TYS. Runway 8 is preferred by the locals. The approach feels steep due to hills and trees near the river, so be sure to use the PAPI guidance. Friendly staff, plenty of parking, and easy Uber access.

Excellent service; we flew in just before a storm hit. They took the aircraft directly to the hangar for us. The crew there was very good and quite helpful. We will certainly return when we are in the area again.
