Landed for a quick stop to use the restroom and grab a drink. The line service attendant mentioned, "Oh sir, you owe a ramp fee"—really, for being on the ramp for just five minutes? Unbelievable. I will categorize this place as a 'fly-over' from now on. A reminder: this is Decatur, not Chicago.

The Gaitros FBO is staffed with friendly folks. They ensured my aircraft was securely tied down as the wind became gusty late in the afternoon. Lyft operates in Decatur; Uber is less dependable here.

Dropped by for a brief meeting. Excellent service and a pleasant facility. I interacted with several staff members, and everyone was quite helpful. The on-site restaurant offered very good breakfast options throughout the day. There are ample runway choices available, and the tower operations were superb as well. We certainly plan to return when we are next in the vicinity. 5 STARS. Thank you all.

Superb experience. Dakota provided excellent service, offered good recommendations for nearby dining, and the crew car was ready for use. He even charged our iPad and handled the fueling while we went to eat! We considered dining at the airport restaurant, but it remains closed on Mondays.
