Flew in to visit the Ark Encounter. Rental aircraft was waiting on the ramp, and all the staff proved super helpful and kind. On departure day, they pulled our aircraft right up front. Controllers were excellent too. Very easy getting in and out of the Bravo. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful experience—highly recommend this location.

Flew in last weekend with a piston Piper. Crew greeted my family and Me with a carpet in front of the airplane door. Very nice and prompt. The front desk staff were fast, and navigating this FBO was a breeze. Nice crew cars provided. Zero complaints whatsoever. Getting in and out of the airport was also straightforward considering the size and traffic at this Bravo.

Bogus Charges and refusal to clarify the situation Flew in a Cherokee to collect a passenger from Premier FBO. We were on the ground for approximately five minutes and utilized no services whatsoever. The staff member at the desk locked the door and declined to allow our departure until we settled some sort of charge. I reviewed the FBO website, AFD, Foreflight comments, and could locate no published fees. After reluctantly paying, I inquired where these charges were documented; he declined to share the information, stating he was too busy to deal with me and that I should "learn to be more humble."

New ownership - same excellent personnel. However, the new management is imposing a 3.5% fee for credit card payments. This seems quite unusual.
