Capital Jet Center KCRW Pilot Reviews

Flew in with a C172 for a quick business trip. The front desk attendant was very friendly. Nice facility offering complimentary cookies and snacks to keep us pilots satisfied! Ten gallons or more waived the ramp fee, though a small landing fee under ten dollars was applied; I assume this is an airport or city charge, so I don't grasp the persistent complaints about it. Upon returning a couple hours later, the aircraft was repositioned slightly nearer the hangar, which was unnecessary but appreciated. A superb experience!

The landing and facility fee for a two-seat aircraft is quite excessive. This plane has a maximum takeoff weight of 1700 pounds. Furthermore, the courtesy vehicle was nearly empty on fuel.

The landing fee for a Cirrus SR22 was $13.09.

Superb FBO with excellent line personnel. We were guided onto the ramp by two staff members. The ramp fee was waived with a fuel purchase, though a minor landing fee applied. We were offered refreshments and baked goods by nearly everyone we encountered. This is one of my preferred FBOs, and we intend to return to this lovely small city nestled by the mountains and where two rivers meet.

A $30 Ramp Fee plus $13.86 Landing Fee was charged for a PA32 while on a Pilots n Paws mission. This was despite purchasing $120 worth of fuel. I was not even offered a cookie. Quite disappointing.
