The Jet Center provided amazing FBO service! I flew my C172 in from F70 for just a couple of hours and received excellent treatment. A $25 landing fee was assessed since we opted not to purchase fuel. Ten out of ten—superior to Atlantic, in my opinion.

The team at Carlsbad Jet Center provides nothing short of excellent service. I utilized their services twice this week for two quick turns. They had me fueled and prepared to depart in just 15 minutes. Inside, you encounter the most accommodating and friendly personnel, managed by Estrella. The FBO features a lovely waiting area along with ample snacks and beverages. It is unusual to encounter this degree of warmth and professionalism. They also maintain C.A.A. status with competitive pricing. Continue the superb effort; I plan to return shortly.

Flew in for recurrent training at LOFT just down the hill. The service was excellent. Our car was waiting on the ramp upon arrival, there was ample assistance with unloading, and the line personnel both on the ramp and behind the desk were friendly and helpful. Five stars!

Customer service is excellent. Shout out to Estrella, she was working temporarily at KSTS and helped us out on our quick turn with customers. If she represents the employees at Carlsbad Jet Center then you will be in good hands. Fantastic job!

Update. The FBO called me and informed me I was billed incorrectly. Not only did they correct the error, they credited the full charges back to my card. That truly surprised me. I usually don't question a bill, but they ensure everything is handled correctly. I will now strongly recommend their services. Thank you for resolving this matter.
