The ramp fee for the Citation XL was $720. We inquired about hangar space for just a few hours during the day to keep the cabin cool, but they quoted $750. It is better to go to Sterling instead; they are CAA certified and offer fuel at half the price.

Atlantic was wonderful for our needs. Five stars! We arrived just a few minutes after they closed at 11 PM, and they were kind enough to wait for us, pump a full 10 gallons, and offer complimentary snacks. There is a $40 facility charge, but we were pleased to cover it given the amenities provided.

Not a fan!! Acted like they didn't see me arrive at 10PM. Hard to miss a red Cirrus pulling up to your ramp with flashing lights. Didn't bother to come out. Had to yell through the gate to get them to come back and let us out. Worst customer service experience- won't be back.

A $271 drop-off fee was charged for a TBM without any fuel purchase. At minimum, someone should assist in parking the aircraft and chocking the tires. It was the middle of the afternoon, and nobody offered any assistance, though they were quick to run your credit card. Avoid this operation completely.

As an Angel Flight Pilot, I was not charged any fees and also received a dollar off per gallon on fuel. Their service is unparalleled. What more could I request. Continue the excellent work.
