Isa and Angel were wonderful! Isa assisted us with a larger vehicle and truly made our day! This is my initial visit to Chino and Flying Tigers. A CAA preferred FBO offering excellent service.

The CAA handling fee of $55.00 was non-waivable.

If you are seeking an FBO where you intend to pay $3.5 for water and $0.30/gal more for fuel, and certainly won't be able to relax, this is the spot. Your alternative is the older temporary building near the corner of runway 21 which offers complimentary snacks, comfortable seating, amiable personnel, and more affordable fuel.

This was the most unfriendly and unhelpful FBO I have visited in quite some time. It is best to avoid this location if you can.

I selected this airport for the week because the overnight parking was only $5. What a surprise that turned out to be. It was $35 per night, plus a $35 handling fee, and a $50 no-fuel charge. I did not have sufficient capacity to meet their 30-gallon minimum purchase requirement. Very disappointing. I will utilize different parking facilities next time.

Be sure to call and see if your car from Enterprise has been delivered. Ours was not, and the location was difficult to reach. The staff at the desk arranged a substitute rental for us that was ready for pickup; it was slightly smaller than anticipated, but functional, so credit to them. The facility's interior design is quite appealing for aviators. We inquired about the CAA rate, though Encore might be more appropriate for jet travelers.
