Pleasant FBO experience. Staff were very welcoming. I requested a courtesy car for a trip into town, which is roughly a 5 to 10-minute drive. However, the self-serve fuel pump display failed to register any button presses after I inserted my credit card. Despite several attempts, I could not dispense fuel; this might have been user error or faulty selection buttons.

I caution everyone planning a visit to Williams, Clark Memorial Airport that someone is highly likely to be parked, without the pilot present, directly in front of the self-serve fuel pump. This occurred two out of three times during my visits. On my most recent arrival, just as I was flaring for landing, a tractor pulled out onto the runway to plow, positioned just a few feet from the runway edge, which had already been cleared. It is a very pleasant small airport, but I do not intend to return.
