Stopped to drop off a passenger flying my PA32. A $20 fee just for walking through the door, no services were required. While it is a nice facility, this charge seems quite steep for a piston single.

Flew in for a three-night stay. Ground crew and front desk staff were all professionals and handled my requests quickly and professionally.

A very pleasant FBO experience. They marshaled me in, handled the fueling, and then positioned the aircraft at a tie-down for the evening. The customer service representative at the counter assisted us with hotel arrangements, and subsequently, one of the line personnel drove us to the lodging when the hotel's shuttle was unavailable. I purchased sufficient fuel to avoid any ancillary charges.

The premier line crew and desk staff are true professionals. Matt and Jeff and their team are consistently friendly and professional, handling all aircraft sizes well. We will certainly stop here again on our next trip through the region.

Stopped in for fuel, a wonderful little facility out on the Illinois plains. Service was prompt; they offer popcorn, and you can purchase a small premade lunch to heat up if desired.
