Self serve fuel doesn't accept American Express. This is the first time I have encountered this issue at any FBO.

Excellent people and service provided. An alternator failed on a Saturday afternoon following lunch at Waypoint. David took my keys and information, assuring me the maintenance team would address it promptly. Melissa provided updates throughout the entire process, and the aircraft was ready for collection midweek. Thank you CIA!!!

Terrible fuel flow on the aircraft, N12345, during the pre-flight check. I noticed the gauge reading was significantly low. The maintenance team, led by Mark, was quick to respond, though. They checked the fuel system thoroughly. The aircraft type, a C185, is usually reliable, but this required attention. I appreciate the swift response from the ground crew at KCMA.

Self-serve fuel is available again! Excellent pricing, as well. We appreciate CIA for facilitating this.

Arrived here for an Angel flight. Excellent service and received a fuel discount. Quick in and out, and the staff was friendly. Also, check out the wonderful restaurant situated right next door.
