I know everyone has off days, so I understand when service is sometimes not up to standard, BUT, these folks are consistently poor.....EVERY-TIME! There will be three staff members sitting around while you taxi across their ramp to determine parking; they will continue to not even acknowledge your arrival while you unload your bags. You might arrive to find an aircraft not fueled, even though you called ahead twice. Sorry team, but you need to improve your operations.

A kind young lady saw how devastated we were by the fact that there's very little food at the FBO, and she got us some provisions from the employee fridge. That was above and beyond service—five stars across the board. This is by far our favorite FBO in Northern California.

While there is no cafe or restaurant available, vending machines, restrooms, and a lounge are provided. The staff here is excellent!

Opt for the Star Wars memorabilia…stay for the excellent service and superb local cuisine. Piston aircraft, jets, and helicopters all appear welcome and receive good treatment. A fantastic stop for just fuel, or for both food and fuel.
