Signature Aviation KCHO Pilot Reviews

September 25, 2025 I contacted Erica about a week before arriving, and she was fantastic. As others have noted, she possessed all the necessary information, suggestions, and contacts for car rentals and lodging. She is even assisting me in resolving a problem with an overcharge on my rental vehicle. I can truly state that I have never experienced this caliber of service from an FBO front desk. She made the whole process outstanding.

The crew lounge is quite small, offering seating for only four people. Consequently, two crew cars experienced a two-hour wait before being able to take lunch. The ramp fee charged was $700 for a Citation 5. This location is typical of Signature—overpriced and under-serviced.

Landed there two nights ago, and was greeted by Erica. In none of my many FBO stops have I been treated so amazingly. Erica set me up with a hotel room and shuttle in no time at all. I was truly impressed, so much so that I signed up for the Signature Tailwinds rewards program. Thank you, Erica.

A $500.00 handling charge was applied for a brief two-hour stop in a light jet.

Stopped in for fuel in a single-engine piston aircraft. The facility was exceptionally nice and clean. They waived the handling fee, which amounted to $30, and charged an infrastructure fee of $8.
