Excellent FBO, very friendly staff who are truly attentive, and who don't care for ice cream!

Flew my 172 into CHA to practice Class C communications. Was immediately met at the ramp by a linesman and welcoming staff who quickly got us parked, chocked, and had welcome mats laid out. The FBO facility was extremely nice and clean, offering complimentary coffee and cookies. My sole complaint involved the $25 ramp fee. For just a 45-minute stop, that represented the most expensive refreshments I've ever purchased. It seems like everyone has become overly focused on fees and tips. I am hesitant to return.

Stopped here to stretch our legs on a long cross-country flight and enjoyed our time. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and they offered complimentary snacks along with Blue Bell ice cream. I spoke with a ramp agent named David for a while; he was a very pleasant person and great to converse with.

The staff here is professional and very accommodating. I have visited this location a couple of times now, and the service has been excellent on both visits.

It is always a wonderful experience here. I have visited a couple of times in a C172, and they consistently marshal me in and provide a golf cart escort to the FBO. They offer complimentary water, ice cream, and even had a small breakfast buffet available today. There are two crew cars available, but the local rental agency also has an arrangement for a two-hour rental for roughly $30 if needed. Truly excellent service!
