December 2, 2025Overnight tiedowns are $10 for a single-engine piston aircraft; this fee is waived if 10 gallons of fuel are purchased.

December 21, 2023This location feels like home base. The crew is free, and the courtesy car is a Porsche. The Taco Bell, located just 50 yards away, is surprisingly good. Furthermore, the nearby hotel, also 50 yards distant, is quite decent.

July 31, 2023Mo and his crew are fantastic. We stopped by for a short lunch and a quick meeting. They had the aircraft fueled and prepared when we returned, and they provided us with a crew car during our stay. Everyone was cheerful, welcoming, and eager to assist throughout our visit. We plan to use Pacific States every time we are in Concord. Thanks again.

July 6, 2023Remain here if you are planning to fly into CCR! We have visited PSA a couple of times previously for Bonanza instruction and have consistently received good treatment, but this occasion they truly excelled. We arrived Friday 7/7 just after 5:00 and discovered that Enterprise had "forgotten" to deliver our rental car. This was my error since I booked via AOPA instead of PSA. Since it was past 5:00, Enterprise was closed. Mo was extremely accommodating and provided us transportation to the Hilton. Upon returning Sunday morning, the aircraft was fueled and prepared for departure.

July 2, 2023I had an excellent experience overall. I was flying in to take my daughters to a concert in Berkeley. Reece was able to coordinate a rental car and had it delivered to me upon arrival. When I returned, around 11:30 pm, they provided a lockbox for the key, making the entire process simple and smooth. As we were preparing to depart, my magnetos failed their check. I parked the aircraft and drove the rental back to Lincoln. Mike, in maintenance, had all 12 spark plugs replaced and my aircraft operational again by 5:00.
