Deanna made it simple to plan and prepare for inclement weather that was forecast; the line crew had the aircraft planeside for our passengers, assisted with baggage, fueled us promptly, and got us into the hangar in sub-zero temperatures. Excellent work!

Will not return. The ramp attendant failed to chalk both of my main landing gear after promising to do so, then vanished. This caused the aircraft to weathervane slightly on the ramp. The reserved rental car was absent when I arrived, even though I provided clear instructions and loaded my itinerary into their system. Upon departure, the west building was completely unattended. I had to call twice and waited over an hour for fuel service and to be released from the ramp area. Despite this poor service, I was still assessed $25 in FBO fees. The staff member who eventually appeared was excellent, but it is clear that AVFlight is struggling with operations.

Once again, AvFlight-East (McKinley) performed excellently with my 182Q. A special 'thank you' goes to Dean, who assisted my spouse in adjusting the rental car booking so the vehicle arrived at Avflight. The car was prepared and waiting for our arrival. Charges are typical for an airport of this size: $5 for facility use and $20 for parking. I am unsure if the airport will issue a separate invoice.

Excellent facility and friendly staff. The only issue encountered was receiving a $15.00 landing fee invoice in the mail a month later from the airport. It would be beneficial to know all associated fees upfront and have the option to pay them concurrently.
