We flew to Bay City with our family. Renee and line service were very quick to assist with fuel and anything we requested. They even had the courtesy car running with the air conditioner on when we arrived. Exceptional FBO and Service! Truly a top-tier location for a visit.

Flew into BYY just a few days after the hurricane passed through. They were extremely helpful regarding the airport's status and what systems were operational versus out of service. The jet fuel truck was ready for us to refuel. Renee provided great assistance with the rental car arrangements, and the crew car was brought right up to the entrance for us. The facility was excellent, and every staff member was friendly and supportive despite the storm's impact. ATC procedures seem a bit unusual. Ensure you carry a little extra fuel!
