They levied a $60 charge for dropping off a friend at KBVY. I had no intention of parking or utilizing their FBO services. Nevertheless, they insisted I enter and settle the charge. This fee is not advertised anywhere—not on ForeFlight, Garmin, AirNav, or even their own website. If FBO services are unnecessary, one can utilize the opposite side of the field near the tower without incurring any cost.

Disappointing experience. After parking, I entered the FBO to register, and they confirmed they already had my details from FltPlan.com. I requested a top-off service. Returning several hours later, I was unable to get through the locked ramp security gate for several minutes because nobody answered the gate intercom. The flight planning computer system was unusable. The requested top-off had not been completed, and I was instructed to fill out a fuel request slip even though they possessed all my information. This cost me 20 minutes. The staff members were pleasant but appeared overwhelmed.

This FBO provided a wonderful experience. I flew in to go to Salem for the day. The line crew met us at our aircraft with a golf cart. They secured the plane and drove us and our luggage to our rental car. The facility was top shelf. I will certainly return.

This is among the best FBOs I have visited recently. Max, Tyler, and Brady are excellent line personnel.

A very pleasant FBO experience, the pilot lounge was comfortable, and the line crew was quick and attentive. The overnight fee is $15, but it was waived for my 10-gallon fuel purchase.
