Excellent service! The line crew members were very attentive and friendly. We received fuel immediately upon landing without any complications. Arranging a rental car through Hertz at the FBO was straightforward, and they delivered the vehicle right to the aircraft for convenient unloading. A small fuel discount was applied for AOPA membership. We will certainly return to Million Air whenever we are in Burbank.

This location is truly fantastic; it's our preferred Million Air spot. A big thank you to Hugo, German, and Race (Lineman) for making us feel exceptionally welcome in our small aircraft. Avoid this place! I had requested 15 gallons of avgas. About an hour before my scheduled departure, the FBO contacted me to confirm the request, and I reiterated the amount. However, upon my arrival, they informed me they had pumped 30 gallons. I spoke with the manager, a gentleman named Ron, who stated there was absolutely no method to remove the excess fuel, meaning I was obligated to purchase it all.

First-rate FBO experience. They offer a small AOPA discount on 100LL fuel, although the price remains quite high.

The service from the front desk staff was friendly and prompt; they even went above and beyond with an additional request. This is consistently the best service experience at Million Air.

I fly in here frequently, and the service is consistently excellent whether I'm in a jet or a piston aircraft. The staff is friendly, and the service is superb. High fuel prices are standard for this region, but you receive a fantastic facility and wonderful personnel when you visit.
