We flew in from Iceland Greenland Canada to clear customs in Buffalo today. We visited Signature Aviation. The front desk attendant named Pam was superb to deal with. Efficient and kind, we managed to clear customs easily and depart for our final destination. Thanks again to Pam for being such a wonderful representative for Signature.

I had left my prescription glasses on a G450. Another crew had taken them overseas and was planning to fly back into Buffalo. I contacted the front desk, initially speaking with Dan, who connected me with Kristina Yerger. She was incredibly efficient. She managed to reach me within 15 minutes, having my glasses in her possession. She took my shipping details and sent them via FedEx for next-day delivery to my home. I truly value the dedication and attention she provided, as did Dan. Thank you, Kristina.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Angel was especially helpful, guiding us to the terminal so we could get our rental car after National failed to deliver it.

Terrible, terrible FBO experience. I asked the FBO staff one simple question, and the gentleman who answered the phone was quite rude and seemed completely lost. This occurred on 04/26/2025 at 4:54 AM.

Flew in for a couple of days to see the Falls and have some wings. Ed marshaled us in and provided excellent service. The staff was very kind and helpful, including getting us to the terminal to pick up our rental car. The handling fee was waived with our fuel purchase. We had a good experience and won’t hesitate to return.

Absolutely hammered on handling fee of $89 just to clear customs with PA-30 Twin Comanche. Very disappointed.
