Costly, yet wonderful staff in a pleasant facility. I considered going to PJC based on prior feedback, but I am satisfied with choosing BTP. It is certainly pricey. Excessively so. There is a mandatory infrastructure charge of $50 along with a security charge of $25. Additionally, there is a "BCAA" charge amounting to 12.94. The ramp fee for a Pilatus aircraft is $150. This fee can be waived with the purchase of 150 gallons of fuel. I have never observed usage above 100. I frequently see usage in the 80s range. However, they provided a decent crew car. The reasonably priced Jet A fuel was a positive aspect.

I will certainly not repeat this error. During a Veterans Airlift Command flight in a Piper Meridian, I was assessed $225 in various charges. This included a $150 ramp fee, a $50 infrastructure fee, and a $25 security charge. The facility itself appears aged, small, and somewhat worn out. If you have any alternative, it would be best to avoid this location.

The fees charged here are excessive! A $50 infrastructure fee, plus a $100 ramp charge for a TBM 900—this is waived if you purchase 100 gallons, but the Jet A+ fuel is expensive. The ramp area is not even busy; there is no staff present. Furthermore, none of these charges are clearly displayed on ForeFlight. Additional overnight fees also apply.

I have been coming here for over two years now. This facility provides the best maintenance service I have experienced for my SR22 across eight different fields. The facility is very pleasant, and the staff are wonderful. This location is truly fantastic! Additionally, they offer complimentary muffins.
