Big props (pun intended) to David at KBPI. He got our smokejumper Twin Otter fueled up very efficiently en route to a fire near Jackson, and came back out after hours on our return flight home. There was an issue with our fuel cards, and he was kind enough to let us go ahead and leave, promptly working out the issue afterward. Nice facilities and excellent service—will remember this in the future. 5 stars!

Excellent FBO and team. Landed just as a front passed through and winds went out of limits. They swiftly assisted me in securing the aircraft in the hangar, provided a courtesy car, and offered lunch recommendations. When the winds persisted, they allowed me to stay in the crew lounge overnight. Departed at dawn with calm winds. Truly enjoyed this location.

Excellent FBO and good self-serve fuel. I diverted due to weather, and Shelly allowed me to place my RV-7 into the hangar to prevent it from getting cold-soaked overnight. She provided a courtesy car and directed me to a hotel. Conditions were favorable for departure the following morning. A very positive experience.
