Flew in today on an Angel Flight, unannounced; I forgot to call ahead. No issue, they marshaled us to parking and even brought out the golf cart to take the passenger to the door. They did the same following his appointment. All this for a Cherokee aircraft. Excellent service.

A++++ Excellent FBO with first-class service and reasonable fuel prices! We stopped here on our way down to Moab. We borrowed a crew car for lunch and took a tour of the old Idaho State prison, which is now a museum—definitely worth seeing. The airport was quite busy with traffic.

The staff here is wonderful to interact with. Todd performs excellently in his new capacity. Both the front desk personnel and the line crew are consistently superb. April does a fantastic job maintaining the FBO's cleanliness and supplies. It is a superb location for a stopover.

Awful experience. We requested overnight fuel, but it was forgotten. It took ninety minutes just to locate someone to assist us. There was no apology offered at the desk. Todd, the FBO manager, made no effort to expedite the situation. The previous day, we attempted to depart early to avoid fog in Canada and make our customs appointment, but delays occurred again. Todd's inability to operate the computer system for payment processing caused a thirty-minute departure delay, resulting in us missing our weather window and having to return to KBOI. I observed carpeting left under an aircraft during taxi-out—that is dangerous. Zero out of ten.
