Superb FBO experience. I arrived to redo one of my cross-country flights, and the boot on my spark plugs detached and wouldn't stay secured. Bob assisted me in getting airborne quickly, without any hesitation, and even remained past closing time for my benefit. The two CFIs present were also fantastic and provided reassurance! Being far from my home base, I felt that if I couldn't get back in the air, I still had a welcoming place to stay. I opted to visit this location instead of DSM due to better fuel costs. I am very grateful for that decision. Wonderful team at Boone! I definitely plan to return!
