January 2, 2024The ground crew and FBO personnel were exceptionally pleasant. They provided two recent model rental cars. However, their use is restricted solely to within the Beaumont city limits.

August 8, 2023The self-serve fuel pump was inoperative despite the advertised 24/7 availability and the absence of a NOTAM. I was still charged a call-out fee even though the airport personnel were aware it was non-functional. I anticipated a higher standard of service. On the positive side, the FBO waiting area was quite pleasant.
