Excellent FBO and very friendly staff!

A very pleasant FBO experience. I landed here for a Pilots n Paws mission in my BE33. There were no landing fees charged, the staff was friendly, and the facility is quite nice. I will certainly make this a stop on future flights!

The website indicated that after-hours fueling costs $100. However, upon calling to inquire, the price was stated to be $300 for after-hours service.

I highly recommend Synergy maintenance at KBMI. John Barnes and his team are true experts. They are very flexible, fitting me in when I required assistance and performing outstanding work at the highest quality levels. Furthermore, they offer impartial advice based on science, not just personal reaction. They are so competent that I fly an hour to bring my SR22 to their facility. They rank among the top one or two shops I have encountered across the US.

This stands as one of the finest FBO experiences I've encountered in my 37 years of aviation. The facility is excellent, the amenities are top-notch, and the service was superb. I typically arrange reservations in advance at all Fixed Base Operators. Although I submit all my details beforehand, they rarely have my drop-off paperwork and fuel request prepared. At this FBO, however, they had me fully integrated into their system, and all documentation was ready. They provided an excellent crew vehicle and suggested a wonderful spot for lunch. I strongly endorse this location.

They managed our quick turn request effectively and provided a pleasant crew car for us to use briefly. Excellent service.
