The worst FBO in the region. The line team seems perpetually uninterested in performing their duties; we always end up self-parking and setting our own chocks. No one appears to be informed about current operations, and unless you arrive in a large jet, don't expect much attention, let alone a simple greeting from the staff. It is truly regrettable, and the issue seems to originate from the top tiers of management. You should save your funds and opt for self-service instead.

The line team offered no assistance with parking. I inquired if securing my aircraft was necessary, and they assured me they would handle it, instructing me only to leave the brakes off. Upon my return two days later, the aircraft remained exactly where I left it—unsecured by chocks or tie-downs—and had drifted backward approximately three feet. Luckily, it avoided striking the SR22 parked behind me. To compound the issue, they charged me $15.09 nightly for tie-down service, contrary to the $10.00 rate advertised on their ForeFlight listing. Furthermore, their advertisement states one night is complimentary with a fuel purchase.

I highly recommend American Aviation! Owner John is hands-on every day. Wendell and the team rebuilt my aircraft and did a beautiful job! I was planning a Mercy flight for pilots and paws and asked whether they would still charge a facility fee for me to drop the dog and turn around and leave, and they insisted I would still owe that facility fee. This is a poor policy. At every other airport I've ever visited, they grant special consideration for Mercy flights. I utilized the alternate ramp at the airport for this purpose.
