The FBO's safety culture is severely lacking. The facility does not embody a just culture and poses a significant hazard to operations. The attitude towards customers and fellow employees is toxic, contributing to an environment where staff would never feel secure enough to self-report and foster continuous improvement.

Flew up to Bemidji on short notice. The FBO was prompt and provided full-service fuel. The staff inside were very friendly and engaging. They informed me about obtaining a crew car should I ever require one. As I departed, they gifted me some local barbecue sauce—quite amusing! Truly excellent service.

Excellent FBO and the kindest staff. The crew here went above and beyond during my visit from the Northeast in my SR22. This included scheduling me in for some very specific maintenance. I was far from home, but these folks took care of me like I was a local friend on the field. Complimentary local BBQ sauce with fuel too!
