Excellent service provided. They brought the rental right up to the aircraft, and I was quickly on my way.

Diverted to KBJC when storms developed over Eagle. Sheltair line personnel and staff were very cordial and prompt. Hertz rental car delivered right up to the aircraft. Overnight parking was $25/night (Columbia 400, SEP) and the $100 faculty fee was waived with fuel purchase. The facility appeared quite modern and was very pleasant.

I flew in on December 24th to handle a few things in town. The front desk staff and the line service crew were excellent. Took on fuel, and utilized the crew car for a short period. It's an excellent facility with great personnel. I will certainly return. Thanks to everyone involved!

There is a $30 facility charge, a $15 security charge, a 2% convenience fee, and another 2% convenience fee applied to the initial convenience fee. I am unsure what the overnight rate entails.

For my piston single aircraft, the charges were $25 per night for ramp parking, a $15 one-time security fee, and an additional ramp fee was waived with a 10-gallon fuel purchase. The facility is quite spacious and pleasant. Line service personnel and inside staff are courteous and attentive. I have had good luck securing rental cars from Hertz.
