I stopped here with my SF50 due to really low Jet A prices and the FBO having a reputation for quick turnarounds. I was certainly not disappointed! The lowest Jet A price I have ever encountered, and I was in and out in approximately 25 minutes. The airport was calm, and straightforward to access and depart from. I strongly recommend Hutch County airport for any fuel stop.

Arrived at BGD 5/13/25 shortly after 8:00 AM and was met by three smiling faces. Fueling was completed quickly. I took a short nap before departing for Raton, NM. My only issue with this FBO was the lack of Dr. Pepper in their drink machine, though they kindly provided a crew car and directions to the nearest convenience store for my DP. BDG offers excellent fuel pricing and friendly, rapid service. I highly recommend this FBO for anyone traversing the Texas panhandle.

I transferred 2 Angelflight passengers today at BGD; I hadn't visited this airport in quite some time. I discovered the same superb service and fuel costs as before. We were guided to parking right away, fueled rapidly, and airborne without any hold-up. This remains the premier stop in the Texas Panhandle, and the FBO facility appears just as tidy and welcoming as it did when it first opened many years ago.
