I operate a TM. It is not a large aircraft. The FBO charges in excess of $200 nightly for hangar space.

They lined up my rental with "Go" and had it ready when we arrived. They made the process very smooth. From engine shutdown to being in our rental car was probably 8 minutes. I typically overlook fees for quick service. I would certainly return. M600.

Avoid flying single-engine aircraft here if you prefer not to be delayed unnecessarily. I brought my PA32 in for just an hour and incurred a charge of $184. The facility is pleasant, but the pricing feels like a rip-off for general aviation. They failed to offer even a bottle of water. Furthermore, I was billed $10 per gallon for AV gas on top of the landing fee.

It cost $238 to pick up a passenger in a piston single, even though Foreflight shows only a $20 handling fee. $180 of that charge was for parking on their ramp for just 20 minutes, which is not disclosed via Foreflight.

Visited the FBO due to favorable Contract Fuel Agreement pricing. That was an error on my part. I spent two hours on the ramp, incurred a $500 handling fee, and a $200 parking charge simply because I failed to meet the 100-gallon minimum (which is quite high for a single-engine turboprop). Nothing was waived. They will not receive my Contract Fuel Agreement endorsement this year. I am finished with Jet. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience.
