I was very impressed. They have a nice new crew car, a modern facility, and the staff was friendly.

Excellent service! The line crew promptly fueled our aircraft. Sarah provided ice water while we figured out whether to stay or proceed. When we decided to stay, she found us an affordable room even when most hotels were fully booked. Then she drove us to our accommodation.

I was on my first solo cross-country flight and had to divert to Bridgeport because of the weather… Barb and the ground crew were amazing and very helpful, offering me food recommendations and a crew car! The facility is very clean and well organized.
