Management is certainly listening, and I credit them for correcting past issues with the line crew. Yesterday, I diverted to KBDN at the last minute. I honestly did not have high expectations, but everything turned out perfectly. Operations were handled exactly as one would anticipate from a first-class FBO. Continue the excellent work; I look forward to visiting Bend again.

On two occasions now I've had no response from Sky Service when attempting to contact them on Unicom for fuel service. It is disappointing to have to walk to the FBO to obtain services that could be a simple radio transition. I'm not sure why, but the facilities are available for self-service fuel, though that service is not functioning.

Landed in Bend and had some trouble finding the transient spots; Skyservice fuel truck assisted on the radio. Subsequently, Skyservice staff helped us secure their crew car to move our gear from the aircraft and permitted us to use it overnight. Truly the finest service I have received in quite some time, especially considering I was flying the little single-engine Musketeer.
