I visited BAX to leave my aircraft with FlyBoyz for an upgrade. Chris at Bayfront was superb. He kept me informed about the runway condition (recent snowfall had covered the airport). Furthermore, he dedicated time from his schedule to drive me to Saginaw so I could catch my flight home. It was an excellent experience, and I will certainly return.

I've visited KBAX on two separate weekends. The first time, Chris happened to be present and graciously lent us his personal vehicle so we could go grab lunch. On the second occasion, he arranged for a neighbor to place a note on the keys ensuring the crew car was ready upon our arrival; subsequently, he called ahead to Rachel's and secured a discount for our group. Beyond the superb service, the facilities are impeccably maintained, the fuel costs were quite competitive, and they offer self-service JET-A+.
