Pleasant facility; everyone was quite friendly. It was just a brief stop, but the lounge was comfortable while I waited for my passengers. The computer amenities were good, and the staff was accommodating. I certainly endorse KBAF and Atlantic.

Utilize the terminal building door and steer clear of the FBO entirely. I phoned to inquire about arriving after hours, and they refused to confirm if one could still simply use the terminal as I recalled from previous visits (and the airport manager verified this is permissible). They repeatedly insisted it is company policy to have a minimum of two line personnel present for after-hours arrivals, incurring a fee of several hundred dollars. What an absurd situation.
