The staff here are exceptionally friendly. We made use of the crew car for an appointment downtown, which proved very convenient. The engine service provided was excellent. They were undertaking some construction on the FBO building; I look forward to visiting again once the work is finished.

Stopped in for a fuel stop, the ground crew was quick and welcoming. The price for Jet fuel was competitive and there were no extra charges.

Arrived at RON before heading to OSH this morning. A pleasant, quiet airport featuring expansive runways. The staff were excellent, and the terminal lounge is quite comfortable for monitoring weather conditions. Fuel costs were competitive, and there were no ramp charges, although a crew car isn't available; however, Uber service to the reasonably priced hotels is accessible. Having full fuel, feeling rested, and in good spirits, the 70-mile hop to Endeavor made navigating the Fisk traffic flow simple. KAUW proved to be a solid selection.

There is no landing or tie-down fee for the C172. Remember to bring your own chocks and tie-downs. Their line attendant fueled the aircraft at the self-serve price and offered to tow it to the tie-down spot. Everyone, especially Amanda, was friendly and helpful with information. The FBO displays a lot of interesting aviation history and trivia. No issues whatsoever.

There are FBOs that are excellent with the level and speed of service, showing genuine humor and helpfulness. This particular FBO certainly fits that description.
