Flew into Summit Aviation in early July to pick some family up and had a starter failure on my SR22. The personnel here worked tirelessly with me to help me get it started. Once we couldn't start the aircraft, they assisted me in locating a starter on site and getting it installed, resulting in being back up and running within a few hours.

Summit Aviation in Springdale (KASG) is truly one of the finest FBOs I have had the pleasure of flying into. As soon as my aircraft was on the ground, the staff was exceptionally welcoming, professional, and fast. The line crew swiftly marshaled me in and provided quick fuel service with a friendly attitude. Inside, the amenities were immaculate and fully stocked, featuring a cozy pilot lounge, a dedicated briefing space, and complimentary refreshments; they even keep ice cream behind the counter.

Exceptional service, very professional, and the FBO facilities were clean. Fuel prices were quite reasonable.

There is a new Mexican restaurant operating upstairs at the FBO! The food and service were excellent. It is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The on-field diner is currently closed. Remarkable customer service, including the use of a courtesy car to grab some fantastic BBQ. They even provided us with a portable AC unit for the aircraft while we were out getting food. This is the first time I've ever been offered air conditioning for my SR22, and it was complimentary! Truly top-tier service. I plan to use this location as my standard fuel stop for future cross-country flights.
