A big thank you to J.A. We landed with a turbo commander and had a flat tire. They were able to pull us off the runway with two tugs. I appreciate the creative solution and stepping up to the challenge. They did a phenomenal job on a very cold day.

Concerning practices observed. They confused us when taxing toward the ramp, signaling us to approach them even though we were scheduled to work with REVV Aviation. Upon returning to the aircraft on the tie-downs, a JA employee was operating a truck at a speed far exceeding safe limits near our location.

This was a fuel stop for me. Simple arrival and departure. The service was quick and the personnel were welcoming. Inside, they offer Lou Malnati's pizza via a vending machine.

The employees were very friendly and the service was quick. Parking under the canopy allows one to escape inclement weather.

Fantastic flight training experience at this location. I am currently pursuing my Instrument Rating, and Ben is an excellent CFII. I look forward to continuing my flight training here all the way through Commercial, CFI, and subsequent ratings.

LOVE JA AIR CENTER! I visit here 8-12 times annually, and they consistently provide excellent care for the aircraft, my passengers, and myself. Shalene, Randy, and Al always greet me by name upon arrival, truly making us feel like family. During this trip, the Hobbs meter failed en route. The service department managed to fix it promptly, allowing me to meet my scheduled departure time (thanks to Paul and Bruce). This is truly one of THE BEST facilities in the country.
