Excellent service at Ace. Quick fuel stop and then we were airborne!

The service and fuel were quick; the ground crew is consistently friendly and attentive.

Recently stopped at ACE Aviation in a 172; they offered competitive fuel prices and topped us off during the day. I met with the owner upon my return to the airport, and he personally assisted me in getting underway in the cold weather. The service was exceptionally convenient and friendly—I will certainly stop here next time I am in Ann Arbor.

Wonderful staff and extremely helpful! We brought a PC12 in, and they were prompt in assisting us with all our requirements. The ramp area is somewhat constrained, but the service compensated for that. Highly recommended.

I spoke with the front desk staff regarding a reservation at ACE several days before my scheduled flight, and then I called back to confirm. The person who sounded like the manager told me, "You should go somewhere else." That is certainly not how you treat a customer. Their staff is extremely impolite, resulting in very poor customer service. I advise against flying any aircraft into this FBO, as you will likely face disrespectful treatment.

Labor Day 2024: I woke up looking for a different place to visit on a beautiful weather morning. I called ACE and spoke with Wyatt. The tower staff was very accommodating. Upon arriving at ACE, smiling Wyatt greeted us at the aircraft. We were soon on our way in the Courtesy Minivan to enjoy a pastrami at Zingerman’s Delicatessen. Wyatt was helpful with dispensing just enough fuel for my weight load. Consider including KARB in your future stops, not on football day.
