What a beautiful FBO facility. Nearly brand new construction. Efficient staff. Fuel is provided at KAPF by County Fuel Services, not the FBO’s, so trucks cover the entire field based upon fuel orders. It's not super efficient, but that's not the FBO’s fault. This also needs noting: since fuel is provided by a third-party, there is no waiver of landing or handling fees with fuel orders.

The personnel were wonderful, however, the $290 nightly rate for a single-engine turboprop was quite surprising.

Flew in yesterday in my Cessna 310Q. A very lovely facility with friendly, welcoming staff members. They neglected to inform us, however, about the ramp fee, which amounted to a substantial $128.00, even with a fuel purchase. Due to this perceived greediness by the FBO, I will not be returning.

We stopped to drop off passengers and top off the tanks. I didn't realize this FBO is unable to sell fuel directly. We contacted the FBO the day before to arrange a quick turn. Upon arrival, we confirmed the quick turn requirement and requested a top off. Forty-five minutes later, the fuel truck still hadn't shown up. It was then I learned that the fuel had to come from a truck located across the field at Naples Aviation. Consequently, we incurred $150 in ramp charges, followed by a separate fuel bill from the other FBO.
