Bonanza, purchased 100LL. Exceptional service: line crew, front desk staff, and the crew car availability were all excellent. The facilities are amazing.

I have been flying to Napa for years, and this FBO is a superb addition to the field. We flew in a C182, called ahead with an arrival reservation, and the follow-me cart was waiting for us on the taxiway. They parked us right up front with the larger aircraft and left us there while we went into town for lunch. The team was fantastic and very professional. The facility is beautiful. Highly recommend this FBO.

The service felt rude unless you are flying a very large corporate jet, perhaps something like a 100M dollar aircraft. For your information, this FBO is owned by a non-US company. We travel to KAPC roughly once every month. We parked in the transient area because no ground crew members were visible on the FBO ramp. I walked over to the Sky Service FBO to request topping off the fuel tanks, and a lineman rushed out, stating we were prohibited from entering their building. We visit KAPC monthly, having done so for about five years now. Previously, we utilized Atlantic FBO for fuel and rental cars. We intend to keep using them.

The restrooms are functional now.
