The team here worked all day for our arrival when we arrived on December 4th to find a freshly plowed runway. Ground support had our cars preheated and waiting plane-side. They ensured our Citation Bravo was fueled and secured within a beautifully heated hangar. When weather grounded us for our departure the following evening, they swiftly offered alternatives to ensure our safe onward journey! Stating they rose to the occasion would be an understatement—we will happily come back. This location is definitely improving, and we look forward to observing its progress!

The best FBO in the area! They provide excellent service, heated hangars, crew cars, and a GPU. There are many activities available around Sault Ste Marie; I recommend visiting the locks and having lunch at the Wicked Sister!
