Superb facility! We arrived in the late afternoon to discover the office was shut because of the weather. Instructions at the side door offered a code for entry. A ride-share to the hotel arrived in less than 10 minutes. We returned for departure on a Sunday morning. One staff member was present to handle the desk and fueling operations. The tiedown charge was waived with a fuel purchase. Gave 'Cy' a high five heading out to the ramp.

Flew into Ames for an ISU football game. Pleasant views of campus, Jack Trice stadium, and the Hilton Coliseum upon landing Rwy 19. A friendly lineman greeted us when we arrived, chocked the aircraft, and took our fuel order. Reasonably priced fuel and no charge for tiedown if a fuel order is placed. The front desk staff were very friendly. KAMW is an excellent airport! We concluded our trip with a photo with "Pilot Cy" outside the FBO. We will certainly return! Thanks to Central Iowa Air!

Flew to Ames to visit the Iowa State Campus. Excellent experience at Central Iowa Air. Helpful staff greeted us upon our taxi to the ramp and supplied our fuel request within minutes. Overall, this made for a very easy in and out trip.

Excellent FBO service. David met me on the ramp and assisted with a courtesy car into town.
