I cannot say enough positive things about this FBO. Truly top-tier customer service and excellent line personnel. The avgas price is slightly higher than Signature, but the service and facilities are significantly better. A perfect 10/10 rating!

Haven FBO is easily one of the finest FBOs I have ever visited. They genuinely go the extra mile in a manner that larger commercialized FBOs typically avoid. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by friendly personnel eager to assist with any requirement. There are no hidden charges, no unwelcoming staff, just customer service as it ought to be.

By far the finest customer service at any FBO I have visited. The maintenance department was excellent too, assisting us immediately with a technical issue we encountered. A perfect 10/10 rating from me. Staff were exceptionally friendly, going above and beyond to assist with all our needs. Superb facilities as well! They even have massage chairs in the FBO!

I phoned ahead regarding overnight parking. Arrival was two hours later than scheduled. The crew remained late (well past closing time) to guide me in and hangar the aircraft, so I am very thankful for that effort. The team also provided transportation to my hotel. The facility is very clean, offering superb service from the front desk all the way to the line personnel! An excellent FBO experience overall; I will certainly choose to stay here again.
