Landed here for a couple of days, and when I went to depart, it was pouring rain on a Sunday, which I knew the airport was closed. One of the staff members happened to be present for a jet arrival, and he let me into the FBO. He drove me to my aircraft in his personal vehicle because of the heavy rain. I could continue praising this service, but overall, I am extremely grateful for the southern hospitality! My wife's homemade oatmeal cream pies likely helped too! Thanks KALX!

I stopped to assess poor weather ahead and refuel. Convenient and well-maintained self-serve fuel with an excellent price. Ended up grounded due to weather for two days (VFR). The concern shown, service provided, logistic support, and hospitality were top-notch. The facility is modern, comfortable, and spacious. It is very close to town and hotels. This is a prime choice for a good place to wait out a delay!

Stopped in for an overnight stay in a Citation 650. I cannot say enough positive things about the airport manager. Passengers and crew were treated exceptionally well. We definitely plan to return soon.
